Raphinha ‘to undergo’ Friday tests on right thigh after France exit | OneFootball

Raphinha was withdrawn at half-time against France with a right thigh problem. According to Sport, he will undergo tests on Friday to determine the extent of the issue.

Brazil were beaten 2-1 by France in Foxborough, and Carlo Ancelotti's side lost the Barcelona winger at the interval.

The forward started but had limited impact despite a few threatening runs behind the French defence. He did not emerge for the second half and was replaced by Luiz Henrique.

No further details have been disclosed. His availability for Croatia on Wednesday 1 April at 2am is to be determined, otherwise he could return early to Barcelona.

After an outstanding 2024-25, when he scored 34 goals and supplied 26 assists in 57 matches for Barcelona, he remains central to Hansi Flick's plans. He has already missed 17 games this season because of fitness problems.
