Real Estelí, CD Hércules seek first victory | OneFootball

MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Central American Cup continues with Real Estelí FC hosting CD Hércules in Group D on Thursday at Estadio Independencia in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Real Estelí FC needs a victory to stay alive in search of a third consecutive final. The Nicaraguan side will open a two-match homestand in the CAC after falling away at CD Olimpia and CSD Xelajú MC.

In the Week 3 1-4 loss to Xelajú MC, Real Estelí suffered its third consecutive defeat, marking its worst streak in the Central American Cup.

CD Hércules will seek to exit the tournament with a victory after falling in its three opening encounters. José Posada has scored the side's lone goal in the 2025 edition from the penalty spot.

Real Estelí and CD Hércules will face each other for the first time in the Central American Cup. For the Nicaraguan team, it will be the first time facing a Salvadoran opponent.
