Real Madrid ‘advancing’ in talks over double Premier League sale | OneFootball

La Liga giants Real Madrid are closing on an expected agreement, to send a pair of Blancos youngsters to the Premier League on a permanent basis.

This comes amid confirmation that the brass at the Bernabéu are moving forward in negotiations to sell both Gonzalo García and César Palacios to Fulham.

Londoners Fulham this summer made the call to replace long-time headmaster Marco Silva with none other than Álvaro Arbeloa. The latter, in turn, quickly cast his eye back towards Spain’s capital, in search of reinforcements for his new squad.

As much culminated in talks recently being opened over a potential deal for frontman Gonzalo García. During these discussions, the Fulham hierarchy also made use of the opportunity to inquire about the situation of midfielder César Palacios.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, then negotiations for not one, but both players appear to be moving firmly in the right direction.

As per a report from The Athletic:

‘Fulham are advancing in talks with Real Madrid over a move for attacking midfielder Cesar Palacios. The clubs are also in advanced talks over a proposed deal that would see striker Gonzalo Garcia move to the Premier League side.’
