Real Madrid star expected to miss Celta Vigo clash | OneFootball

La Liga giants Real Madrid are likely to be without the services of Eduardo Camavinga for their next outing.

This comes amid confirmation that no risks will be taken with the injury-prone Frenchman.

Camavinga for his part set alarm bells sounding across Spain’s capital once more earlier this week, after limping out of Real Madrid’s La Liga meeting with Athletic Club.

En route to a 3-0 Blancos triumph, the 23-year-old pulled up during the 2nd-half, before departing the pitch with what appeared to be a muscular problem.

Real Madrid have since not provided an official report on the situation, suggesting that Camavinga is in fact not injured.

But as alluded to above, he could nevertheless miss out against Celta Vigo this weekend.

As per a report from journalist Ruben Martin of Diario AS:

‘It’s looking more and more difficult for Camavinga to make it to Celta. The club isn’t going to take any risks ahead of the match against (Manchester) City, which remains the priority for getting the Frenchman recovered.’
