Real Madrid are currently in El Clásico action against their bitter rivals at the Bernabéu. They are currently 2-0 down against the Catalans at the time of writing, but if that’s not bad enough, their star forward Kylian Mbappe has failed to make an impact.

Mbappe has struggled to deal with the high line presented by Hansi Flick’s side, and this shows in a record that he became the holder of during the match.

With seven offsides in the match against Barcelona, Mbappe is now the holder of the most offsides in a La Liga match in the last decade.

A brace for Robert Lewandowski in the early stages of the second half has Barcelona firmly on top of their rivals, as they look set to storm to El Clásico glory and extend their lead at the top of the La Liga table.

Real Madrid meanwhile, are currently licking their wounds and giving their all to try and get back into the tie and salvage at least a point.
