Real Madrid have a mountain to climb in order to keep their UEFA Champions League hopes alive after last night’s defeat to Bayern Munich.
Los Blancos suffered a 2-1 loss at the hands of the Bundesliga champions in the quarter-final first leg at the Santiago Bernabeu.
They now have it all to do in the reverse fixture on 15 April at the Allianz Arena, where Bayern have lost only one game all season.
Despite the situation, there is confidence in the locker room that a comeback is very much possible.
In a crucial bit of development, journalist Jose Luis Sanchez of El Chiringuito TV reports that Jude Bellingham will be back in the starting lineup for Real Madrid against Bayern Munich next week.
The England international has been back from injury for a couple of weeks now, but has yet to start a single game.

Indeed, the midfielder featured as a substitute against Atletico Madrid before the international break, which was understandable given his lack of match fitness.
Following that, he was a substitute once again vs RCD Mallorca – a decision that reportedly angered him.
Bellingham was on the bench once more last night against Bayern Munich, but unlike the Mallorca clash, he came on and had a major positive influence on the proceedings.
Given how he performed for the final half hour or so, coupled with his fitness levels improving, the former Borussia Dortmund man is expected to start next week on his return to Germany.
Bellingham, along with Vinicius Jr. and Kylian Mbappe, will have huge roles to play if Real Madrid are to mount a comeback against Vincent Kompany & co.
