Real Sociedad will not wear a bespoke shirt for Saturday’s Copa del Rey final against Atlético de Madrid, unlike five years ago. The match jersey will instead carry a commemorative gold inscription.

According to Diario Vasco, the lettering references the competition, Estadio La Cartuja, both clubs and the date, Saturday 18 April 2026. It sits between the embroidered crest and the Macron logo.

The club will not sell this final jersey in official stores. The standard home kit for league and cup remains available, as does the grey second strip that has been used rarely.

The retro shirt worn last Saturday against Alavés has already sold out. Some supporters have expressed interest in the final jersey as a keepsake, whatever the result.

The specially produced shirt for the three April 2021 final proved hugely popular and sold out quickly. Aperribay said the earlier bespoke edition may have been because the final was played a year late, adding that if it had been staged on schedule there would not have been one.
