Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain will face off in the Champions League final at the end of this month.

Naturally, on a sporting level, glory is at stake. This will be a season-defining match for both Inter and PSG as they look to win the most prestigious match in European club football.

However, it is not just sporting glory that’s at stake for Inter and PSG.

The Champions League final is also a highly lucrative match.

There would be prize money of around €10 million for either Inter or PSG from UEFA for winning the final in Munich.

However, winning the Champions League will also see one of the two teams feature in some further lucrative matches.

First of all, there is the matter of the European Super Cup.

Then, there would be participation in the Intercontinental Cup next winter.

Finally, FCIN note, there would be automatic qualification for the FIFA Club World Cup in 2028.

In total, the outlet report, there would be at least €40 million up for grabs in future earnings.
