Reports in Italy claim that Inter have an agreement in place over the wages and length of contract for Sassuolo defender Tarik Muharemovic ahead of the summer transfer window, but that the Nerazzurri must still negotiate a fee with the Neroverdi.
Reports from various outlets claim that Inter are targeting a move for Bosnia and Herzegovina international Muharemovic ahead of the summer transfer window as the Nerazzurri look to rejuvenate their squad, particularly at the back.
According to updates from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have an agreement in principle with Muharemovic over a potential five-year contract. The Pink Paper also claims that wages have been agreed as well, although exact figures have not been specified.
Inter must now come to an agreement with Sassuolo over a transfer fee. Reports elsewhere claim that Sassuolo have set a price tag of around €30m for Serie A clubs this summer, although it is expected that they will push for even more in the event that a Premier League club comes knocking within the next few weeks.

This is a deal that is also set to benefit Juventus, who have a 50% sell-on clause for Muharemovic, who spent four years on the club’s books prior to his move to Sassuolo in 2024.
Juventus could potentially consider a move to bring Muharemovic back to the Allianz Stadium, and given that they have a 50% sell-on clause, this would effectively be a half-price deal for the Bianconeri, however, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Muharemovic is keen to embark on a new chapter and that Inter are the clear frontrunners to land his signature.
