Inter Milan outcast Mehdi Taremi could reportedly make a sensational return to Porto after a horrible season in Serie A.
According to Hatam Shiralizadeh via FCInter1908, intermediaries have recently contacted the player’s entourage to discuss this option.
Mehdi Taremi signed a multi-year contract at San Siro last summer after running out of contract at Porto.
However, his career has taken a downward trajectory in Serie A.
Indeed, he has gone from one of Europe’s deadliest strikers into a fringe figure.

Taremi has failed to settle at Inter, netting just three goals in 43 appearances across all competitions.
Furthermore, his only goal in Serie A arrived from the spot.
Therefore, it’s not surprising that Cristian Chivu’s men want to offload the Iranian superstar this summer.
Despite generating interest from Besiktas and several Premier League clubs, Taremi could rejoin Porto.
A return to his old stomping ground could be what the doctor ordered for the out-of-sorts center-forward.
Indeed, Taremi is Porto’s third all-time top scorer with 91 goals.
