Serie A giants Inter Milan will reportedly prioritize a move for Guglielmo Vicario over a potential pursuit of Alisson Becker.

According to L’Interista, the Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper remains Inter’s top target to replace Yann Sommer.

Sommer’s departure looks like a virtual certainty, with the club reluctant to renew the 37-year-old’s expiring contract.

Furthermore, Cristian Chivu has shown little faith in backup option Josep Martinez this season.

As such, Beppe Marotta is in the market for a new shot-stopper, with Guglielmo Vicario emerging as a top candidate.

Despite Inter’s genuine interest in Vicario, Tottenham’s alleged €30 million asking price could prove a stumbling block.

With the Brazilian superstar likely to leave Liverpool in the summer, Inter are weighing their options carefully.
