Therefore, Inter must tread carefully when searching for his replacement.

Inter owners Oaktree have made it clear they no longer want to tolerate the arrivals of veteran stars.

Instead, they want the Serie A runners-up to focus on signing young players.

While Atalanta’s Ederson fits the bill, it’s hard to expect Inter to add him for less than €50 million.
