Manchester United are reportedly negotiating the possible transfer of outcasted striker Marcus Rashford with AC Milan.

The 27-year-old has been out-of-favour in recent weeks, with Ruben Amorim dropping him from the matchday squad in four straight matches, with reports in the English media claiming his nightlife was behind the well-illustrated decision. The striker returned to the squad against Newcastle United, but remained on the bench for the duration of the match even with the team in dire need of goals.

Therefore, the England international remains on the outs, and Amorim revealed he’ll miss Sunday’s big showdown against Liverpool as well, albeit with a reported illness this time. Nevertheless, the writing is on the wall for the Man Utd academy product who is apparently about to leave the nest in January.

Over the past few days, the attacker has been linked with a move to Napoli as part of an exchange deal that would see Victor Osimhen joining the Red Devils. Nevertheless, a new report from Spain suggests another destination in Serie A.

According to Relevo (via TuttoMercatoWeb), Man United have been offering Rashford’s services to several clubs, including Milan. Therefore, the report claims the Red Devils and the Serie A giants are currently engaged in talks, while it remains to be seen if this track could emerge as a genuine possibility.

The Rossoneri have made a managerial change earlier this week, with Sergio Conceicao arriving as a replacement for his compatriot Paulo Fonseca who was sacked just a few months following his arrival at San Siro due to inconsistent results.

Milan’s attacking ranks include some glamorous names like Alvaro Morata, Rafael Leao and Tammy Abraham, but many feel the Diavolo could do with another quality striker.
