Reports: Inzaghi and Calhanoglu banned but Calabria rejects plea bargain in ultras trial | OneFootball

As Calciomercato.com write, the Sporting Justice verdict from the Federal Prosecutor Giuseppe Chiné arrived. He has taken the first decisions on the sanctions to be imposed on the members and clubs involved.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Milan and the club have accepted a €30,000 fine for objective responsibility towards its members. In addition, a sanction of 30 days of disqualification and €13,000 was imposed on Fabio Pansa, the SLO (Supporter Liaison Officer) for the Rossoneri.

Inzaghi, Calhanoglu and Calabria

Davide Calabria, the former captain who is now at Bologna, has said no to any plea bargain. This is unlike what happened to Hakan Calhanoglu and Simone Inzaghi on the Inter side, who have been fined and will serve a one-game suspension during Verona-Inter in the next round.

La Gazzetta dello Sport write that Calabria has not taken the plea bargain from the FIGC Prosecutor’s Office. Now, the defender will have to be heard by the Federal Prosecutor Chiné in the next few days.

He risks a referral and, consequently, a longer disqualification than that imposed on Inzaghi and Calhanoglu. They took advantage of the pre-trial agreement and benefited from the halving of sanctions.

If it comes to be that Calabria must serve a ban then it will be served with Bologna, and thus will not come back to harm Milan.
