Inter Milan and their flawless start to the Champions League league phase has delivered a significant financial reward.
According to figures released by Calcio e Finanza, UEFA have distributed new performance-related payments.
Indeed, to the 36 clubs competing in the expanded league-phase format.
The bonuses cover results from the opening four matchdays, with victory worth €2.1 million and draws valued at €700,000.

With four wins from four, Inter are one of the few clubs to qualify for the maximum payout of €8.4 million.
It is an early confirmation of how valuable their perfect European record has been, both on the pitch and in the balance sheet.
Among the Italian sides, Atalanta rank next with €4.9 million after collecting two wins and a draw. Napoli follow on €2.8 million, while Juventus earn €2.1 million thanks to three draws.
For Inter, the early windfall strengthens their European campaign and reinforces the financial benefits of maintaining a 100% record at the highest level.
