Rob Edwards refuses to accept any dip in Wolves standards in run-in

Rob Edwards will not accept a drop in standards as Wolves enter the final stretch of their Premier League season, according to ExpressAndStar.com.

The bottom-placed side have eight matches left and are still not mathematically relegated. Any fall to the Championship depends on results for Wolves and their rivals in the coming weeks.

Although relegation remains likely, Edwards says the squad have embraced his ideas and are determined to finish strongly.

"Making sure that our standards are right every day and not accepting anything less than our highest standards every day," Rob Edwards said when asked how he motivates the players.

He remains focused on daily levels rather than circumstance and wants those demands maintained through the run-in.
