The Foxes cult hero hasn't held back when assessing the club's current fortunes
With seven matches of the season remaining, Leicester City are still staring the possibility of back-to-back relegations from the Premier League to League One directly in the face.
The Foxes and their supporters have certainly been on an emotional rollercoaster in recent times, but one which is now currently on a hugely downward curve as they pay the price for failing to fully and sustainably build on their underdog Premier League title-winning season of 10 years ago.
It has been 17 years since the East Midlands side were last a part of English football's third tier, having bounced straight back from a dramatic final-day relegation in 2007/08 by winning the League One title under the management of Nigel Pearson during the first of his two stints at the King Power Stadium.
Seven years later, Leicester were able to write one of world football's greatest 'fairytales' under his predecessor, Claudio Ranieri, with the likes of Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kanté stealing plenty of the limelight for their performances under the Italian in a magical season.
Whilst Ranieri's side embodied the togetherness which shone right through all departments of Leicester as a club throughout said timeframe, the current crop of players at the King Power are feeling the exact opposite kind of emotions as supporters continue to have a large sense of disillusionment as a result of the hierarchy's day-to-day running.
With Leicester suffering a second relegation in three seasons from the Premier League either side of a Championship title success under Enzo Maresca, many felt that the Foxes could still be one of the division's promotion front-runners despite financial uncertainty.
A six-point deduction hasn't done the Midlands outfit any favours, but their current position of 22nd with 39 points ahead of the campaign's final seven games has only heightened the pressure on the shoulders of Gary Rowett and his players.

As previously mentioned, Leicester supporters still have plenty of heroes to remember from their unprecedented 'glory days'. and one of those comes in the form of German centre-back, Robert Huth.
The powerful defender joined the club from Stoke City in July 2015 for just £3m, and was a part of their Premier League-winning side, forming a remarkable partnership with captain, Wes Morgan.
In total, the 41-year-old made 93 appearances for the Foxes over a three-year period, and still holds the club very close to his heart in the modern era despite a drastic plight that has been well-documented.
With Leicester looking to avoid back-to-back relegations, a fan account on X was clearly of the opinion that not signing a proven goalscorer in the summer is the root cause of the club's problems, with Patson Daka, Jordan Ayew and Bobby De Cordova-Reid scoring just 13 of the side's 51 goals between them.
The Zambian, in particular, was in the headlines after missing a penalty and another big chance in Saturday's goalless away draw at Watford - City's 12th of the season.
However, Huth believes the bigger portion of blame lies with those at the back, responding with: "Or... You could just defend better?"

Although Leicester have kept two clean sheets in their past three matches, the first of those, a 2-0 win over Bristol City on March 10th, was also the first since September 20th, highlighting how defensively weak the Foxes have been all season long.
Such shortcomings are further showcased by the fact that a total of 60 concessions from 39 matches is a record only Queens Park Rangers and Sheffield Wednesday have worse than.
As such, whilst their vastly-experienced attacking players have failed to deliver on numerous occasions, the blame cannot be solely pinpointed on Daka, Reid and Ayew.
If Leicester are to steer themselves to safety between now and May 2nd, Rowett will need players from all departments of his squad to pull their weight.
