Roma studying transfer formula for Salzburg’s Nene Dorgeles

Following the arrivals of Neil El Aynaoui, Evan Ferguson, Wesley, Daniele Ghilardi, Devis Vasquez, and Radoslaw Zelezny, Roma is seeking reinforcements for their attack.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Gian Piero Gasperini is looking for a player who can provide a change of pace, who combines game reading with physical exuberance, easy dribbling, and good goalkeeping skills.

All these characteristics are present in Salzburg’s Nene Dorgeles: he scored 15 goals and provided nine assists last season.

His value is around €20 million, but for now, Roma sporting director Frederic Massara must focus on value for money and find a different formula: perhaps a buy option after a loan deal, even a costly one, to avoid another major investment from the Giallorossi.
