Roma submit new formal bid for El Aynaoui | OneFootball

Roma have renewed contact with Lens for Neil El Aynaoui, identified as an alternative to Richard Rios.

Negotiations for the Palmeiras midfielder have become complicated.

The Brazilian club continues to demand a guaranteed €30 million, a figure deemed too high by the club’s management, who have so far attempted to close with a lower offer.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, faced with the stalemate, the Giallorossi are therefore evaluating alternatives to strengthen their midfield.

El Aynaoui has already been monitored in recent months and remains a prospect favoured by sporting director Frederic Massara.

Roma has formally submitted an offer to Lens of €22 million plus €3 million in bonuses, for a total of €25 million.

The French club has not yet given a definitive response, but the deal is considered possible.
