The 2025/26 season enters its decisive phase, and not just on the pitch.

According to data compiled by Calcio e Finanza after 34 matchdays, Roma has confirmed its position as one of the most popular teams in Serie A this season.

With an average attendance exceeding 62,000 per match, the Giallorossi are preparing to reach the one million mark for the season.

These numbers confirm the trend of recent years and keep pace with rivals Napoli and Juventus, who average around 50,000 and 40,000 respectively.

AC Milan and Inter lead the way, separated by just 155 spectators (73,294 for the Rossoneri versus 73,139 for the Nerazzurri).

Serie A’s overall average attendance was 30,227, in line with recent seasons but slightly down (-1.7%) compared to the same period last year.

While Roma continues to push for overall attendance, the capacity rankings—the ratio of spectators to actual capacity—favor Juventus, leading with 98%, followed by Cagliari, Milan, Inter, and Atalanta.

The situation on the other side of the Tiber is different. Protests from Lazio fans have caused Lazio to slip to last place in capacity, below the 50% threshold.
