Romelu Lukaku attracts interest in Turkey

Fenerbahçe is on the hunt for a striker this January after being left disappointed by En-Nesyri. Several names have been discussed: Robert Lewandowski, Alexander Sörloth… and now Romelu Lukaku.

According to the daily Takvim, Fenerbahçe has now set its sights on Romelu Lukaku, the Napoli forward. The 32-year-old Belgian hasn't played this season due to injury but is expected to return to action at the start of December. His market value is estimated at around €15 million and his contract runs until June 30, 2027.

Lukaku remains a proven goal scorer (89 goals in 124 appearances for Belgium) and his physical presence is highly valued by Turkish club officials. His name is now among several options Fenerbahçe is considering to reinforce their attack in January.
