Sacha Lung to leave Strasbourg, OM among options for first professional deal | OneFootball

Sacha Lung will leave Strasbourg this summer, and the 18-year-old right-footed centre-back could sign his first professional contract with OM, one of three options under consideration.

According to Onze Mondial, the Strasbourg-born defender, who has been at the club since 2015, is set to depart during the close season.

He has rejected contract offers viewed as unconvincing from his boyhood club, which has prioritised 17-year-old Yoann Becker. He now has three serious avenues to turn professional elsewhere.

Two of those options are abroad, and the third concerns OM. The Marseille club will be without Champions League football next season and are at a turning point this close season. They have moved in recent days on several youngsters who are not yet professional.

Lung is a France U18 international with two caps and has trained regularly with the senior squad this season. Nothing has been signed regarding him at this stage.
