Saka Gets 8, Trossard With 7.5 | Arsenal Players Rated In Narrow Win Vs Fulham

Arsenal locked horns with Fulham at Craven Cottage earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a win on the road in the London derby. The Gunners made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Leandro Trossard finally broke the deadlock in the 58th minute. Mikel Arteta’s men protected their slender lead well and secured a narrow 1-0 win in the London derby.
Let’s take a look at how each Arsenal player fared during the clash against Fulham.
He didn’t have a save to make in the game and kept an easy clean sheet this evening.
RB: Jurrien Timber – 7/10
Timber was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.
CB: William Saliba – 7/10
He put his foot through the ball when he could and did enough to keep a clean sheet.
CB: Gabriel – 7/10
Gabriel dealt with the danger when needed and secured an assist for setting up Trossard’s match-winner.

LB: Riccardo Calafiori – 7/10
He put his foot through the ball when he could and was strong in the air.
CM: Eberechi Eze – 6.5/10
Eze managed to shine at times but failed to register a goal.
CM: Martin Zubimendi – 7/10
He was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.
CM: Declan Rice – 7/10
Rice was full of energy and running at the centre of the park.
RW: Bukayo Saka – 8/10
He was a constant menace in the final third but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.
ST: Viktor Gyokeres – 6.5/10
Gyokeres was a real handful for the Fulham defenders but struggled to take his chances.
LW: Leandro Trossard – 7.5/10
Trossard was not shy of having a strike at goal and managed to score the only goal of the game in the 58th minute.
CM: Mikel Merino – 6/10
