Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka has reached a new milestone with an assist for their opening goal against Brighton in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners started brightly against the Seagulls, and the deadlock was eventually broken on the 15-minute mark.
Saka picked out teammate Martin Ødegaard just outside the box, and the Norway international was able to fire home his first goal of the season.
For Saka, he has now moved on to 13 goal contributions across all competitions this term.
But even more impressive for the winger, he has now pulled ahead of Arsenal legend Robert Pirès for goal contributions in the Premier League.
Pirès represented the Gunners between 2000 and 2006 and produced 103 goals and assists in that time. Saka has now overtaken him to reach 104 following this afternoon's assist for Ødegaard.

As things stand, Arsenal's slender lead means they re-take the lead over Man City in the title race. Can they see it out?
