Salah has resumed full training and is available for Egypt's round of 32 match with Australia in Dallas on Friday at 20:00.
He was substituted in the 57th minute of the 1-1 draw with Iran with a hamstring issue in Egypt's third group game. According to L'Équipe, he rejoined team training only on Wednesday.

Head coach Hossam Hassan described Salah as passionate, but said he would take no risks. He plans to use him against Australia, but only if he is 100% certain the forward is ready.
Salah, 34, has scored once at this World Cup, against New Zealand in the 3-1 win.
That is Egypt's sole victory from the first round.
