In a fairytale ending to her Chelsea Women career, club legend Sam Kerr scored in her final match for the club.
With the match still scoreless after 30 minutes played, it was none other than Kerr who opened the scoring.
The Australian made a clever run across the box and struck a sweet volley through the goalkeeper's hands and in off the underside of the crossbar.
It was Kerr's 116th goal for the club, putting her level with Fran Kirby on the list of Chelsea Women's all-time top goalscorers.
Thanks to Kerr's goal, the Blues went on to defeat Manchester United 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.
It was a fitting farewell for the 32-year-old striker, who has spent six years at Chelsea, making 315 appearances (fourth-most in club history).
