Santos agree deal to sign Fortaleza forward Moisés | OneFootball

Santos have agreed a deal to sign forward Moisés from Fortaleza on a three-year contract. According to Diario Do Peixe, the agreement follows days of negotiation.

The package includes two million euros fixed to Fortaleza, plus one million euros in bonuses tied to sporting targets. The deal was finalised after late adjustments to the fee and payment structure.

Moisés had been contracted to Fortaleza until December 2027. He was a target for Santos' coaching staff, notably coach Juan Pablo Vojvoda, with whom he had previously worked at the Ceará club.

Initially, the player showed an interest in staying at Leão do Pici, where he was settled. Santos' proposal advanced in recent days.

The move comes amid pressure for results and a push to strengthen the squad. The club believes the group needs tweaks for the Campeonato Paulista and Campeonato Brasileiro, and views Moisés as addressing needs in attack.

In the coming days, he is expected to undergo medical tests and join the squad at CT Rei Pelé.
