The coaching staff and players are seeking a quick response and are looking to Sunday against Fluminense to calm the club’s instability.

On the pitch, Mayke was the notable return. Out for two months, the wing-back trained fully with the reserves during technical and tactical drills. He had focused on conditioning in recent weeks after treatment with corticosteroids.

He was kept out of matches in that period due to the risk of an anti-doping flag. While Mayke and the reserves worked with the ball, the starters undertook a recovery session in the gym and will return to the pitch on Thursday.
