Nottingham Forest could make a very different kind of managerial appointment should Ange Postecoglou be sacked.
The Australian has had a tough start to life at the City Ground and is yet to win any of his seven games for the club in all competitions.
According to journalists Sam Wallace and John Percy of The Telegraph, former Burnley and Everton manager Sean Dyche is being considered for the post should it be vacated.
The far more pragmatic Dyche has been without a job since being sacked after a poor start with the Toffees last season.
The 54-year-old does know the club though, having come through the Forest academy as a player before beginning his career with Chesterfield.
In total, Dyche has managed 333 games in the Premier League with Burnley and Everton having a record of 93 wins, 91 draws, and 149 defeats.
