It was due to be played back in August – but postponed due to our presence in the UEFA Champions League play-off back then. The rearranged home match against TSV Hartberg is finally here on Wednesday (4 December) at 20:30 CET in the Red Bull Arena!
Hartberg, you say? We were away at the side coached by Manfred Schmid as recently as Saturday where a massive advantage on the shot count (24-2 with 2.07 to 0.18 expected goals!) only led to a share of the spoils. That was only the second time in a total of 17 Austrian Bundesliga meetings in which Hartberg had taken points from us, and we won the other 15. We will aim to make that a sweet 16 under the lights in Salzburg on Wednesday evening. Tickets for the clash are available in our Online Ticket Shop. If you can't make it, you can easily share your seat with family or friends - instructions on that can be found here:
Anyone not in the stadium can follow the clash live on Sky Sport Austria, OneFootball (internationally) or on our live text updates.

Although the result in Hartberg was not what we hoped to get, it was great to see how our fans stuck with us. We want to battle for them and finally come out of our blip. We will have to convert our dominance into goals. We are determined to take three points on Wednesday and want to start a run in the final four home matches before Christmas.

If we perform as we did on Saturday and convert our chances better, we have a good prospect of winning three points and finally ending the winless run in the Bundesliga. We will give everything for that. Clearly we need a win in this rearranged match to get a bit closer to the top of the table.
