Brahim Diaz was one of the Real Madrid players who suffered last season as a direct result of the hierarchy that he could not break even through his strong performances.
The Moroccan winger did fabulously in the chances he was given, especially when the likes of Vinicius Jr. or Kylian Mbappe were injured. However, he was never really considered a starter for the team at any point in the season.
His frustration, needless to say, has opened up talks of a potential departure, although the player remains committed to making a case and earning his spot at the Spanish capital.

As confirmed by Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus are pushing hard to sign Diaz and are enthusiastic about their chances of landing him in the summer.
The Serie A side see him as the perfect signing to level up their attack and are willing to offer him an important role in the team. They have again reached out to his father to make progress on the deal as well.
For now, however, Diaz prefers to stay at Real Madrid and is not open to a departure. With a new manager coming in, he is hopeful that he can earn some minutes and opportunities in the coming campaign.

All signs point to Jose Mourinho being Real Madrid’s next manager, especially given that Florentino Perez is the favourite to win the presidential election.
Diaz, thus, is waiting to see how the new manager receives him and the importance he hands him in the team’s dynamics.
The final decision around Diaz’s future, thus, is in the hands of Mourinho and it remains to be seen what comes of it. Several clubs are interested, but Real Madrid will likely prefer to keep him in their dynamics as a valuable backup option.
