Luciano Spalletti has a big call to make regarding the selection of Kenan Yildiz for Juventus’s upcoming Serie A clash against eighth-placed Bologna on Sunday evening.
Yildiz returned to training with the Bianconeri group on Saturday, but missed the vast majority of the week’s training due to recurring pain and inflammation in his knee. Spalletti is hoping that the Turkish talent will be available, but it remains to be seen whether he or Jeremie Boga will start on Juventus’s left wing against Bologna.
Juventus are also without Dusan Vlahovic in attack as they prepare for the crucial final six league matches of the 2025-26 season.
Spalletti’s side are currently in fourth place and have an opportunity to move five points clear of the fifth-placed Como and sixth-placed Roma with a victory against Bologna on Sunday.

Bologna, meanwhile, are looking to get back to winning ways after being eliminated by Aston Villa in the quarter-final of the Europa League on Thursday night. Vincenzo Italiano’s side have, however, won their last two Serie A matches leading into the Juventus clash.
Pre-match reports indicate that it will be Federico Bernardeschi and Jonathan Rowe supporting Santiago Castro from the wings, rather than Riccardo Orsolini and Nicolo Cambiaghi.
Kick-off is due at 19.45 BST.
