Inter have the opportunity to go top of the table with Mehdi Taremi partnering Lautaro Martinez, as Juventus look to Randal Kolo Muani and Francisco Conceicao.
It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium at 19.45 GMT.
This could be a pivotal weekend in the Scudetto race, because a victory here would see Inter leapfrog Napoli to take top spot.
