Former Milan coach Stefano Pioli is already feeling the pressure at Fiorentina after a disastrous start to the campaign, scraping only three draws from the opening six rounds.

Kean had been in doubt after withdrawing from the Italy squad with a sprained ankle, but has recovered and is in the starting XI rather than Roberto Piccoli.

He is supported by Jacopo Fazzini and Hans Nicolussi Caviglia.

Tariq Lamptey, Amir Richardson and Christian Kouame are on the treatment table.
