Roma again trust Evan Ferguson, Wesley and Matias Soulé as Gian Piero Gasperini’s men visit surprise outfit Pisa, who have new buy Calvin Stengs on the bench.
It kicks off at the Cetilar Arena at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
The Giallorossi had a strong start to life under their new coach, beating Bologna 1-0 thanks to a goal from debutant Wesley.
Leon Bailey is still out of action after an injury in his first Roma training session since the move from Aston Villa, while Lorenzo Pellegrini and Paulo Dybala are not fully fit.
With a potential move to Milan on the cards, Artem Dovbyk is again dropped in favour of Ferguson, supported by Soulé and Stephan El Shaarawy.

Pisa were promoted from Serie B and changed coach to Alberto Gilardino, who is one of the many current bosses in the top flight mentored by Gasperini.
That means a similar tactical approach, which paid off in the impressive 1-1 draw away to Atalanta.
Alexander Lind, Isak Vural, Tomas Esteves and Francesco Coppola are still on the treatment table, while big new signing Stengs is on the bench after the transfer from Feyenoord.
Also in the squad are Juan Cuadrado and Louis Thomas Buffon, but M’Bala Nzola is chosen in attack.
This is the first Serie A match that Pisa have played in their own stadium for over 30 years.
