Several RBL stars in the top five for Bundesliga statistics

At the winter break, we sit in fourth and can look back on a strong first half of the season. This is shown not only by our results, but also by our individual statistics. Our players have among the best numbers in the league in both attack and defence.
Two RBL stars even sit top of their respective categories, while they among the top five in four other statistics.

No Bundesliga player has posted better dribbling statistics than Yan Diomande. The youngster has completed 43 successful dribbles, putting him some way ahead of Michael Olise (FC Bayern, 29). Another Leipzig attacker is third on the list in Antonio Nusa (24 successful dribbles).
Another RBL man has created the most chances in the league. David Raum is the only Bundesliga player to have set up more than three shots on goal per game (48 in total) – and all from full-back!

Meanwhile, Christoph Baumgartner has the joint-second-most assists in the division with six, behind only Michael Olise (eight).
Just as impressively, Nici Seiwald sits third for interceptions with an average of 2.21 per match. Assan Ouédraogo has a tackle success rate of 75 percent, which is the fifth-best in the league.
Willi Orban also finds himself fifth in the league, in his case for duels won percentage. Our defensive rock has won 69.2 percent of these battles.
