Sevilla reignite Nair Tiknizyan pursuit | OneFootball

La Liga outfit Sevilla are readying a fresh move for Lokomotiv Moscow star Nair Tiknizyan.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Thursday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Nervión.

Sevilla sporting director Víctor Orta, despite ongoing exit links, is already understood to be putting plans in place for the club’s squad for next season.

Reinforcements are being sought on the left flank, a search which has seen the name of the aforementioned Tiknizyan reemerge as a leading one.

Sevilla have approached Lokomotiv regarding Tiknizyan’s signing on more than one occasion in the past, but failed to meet the financial demands laid out by the Russian giants.

As much, though, has evidently not deterred Orta and co.

Tiknizyan, for his part, is a 25-year-old Armenian international, capable of lining out either at left-back, or in a more advanced position on the wing.

And as per MD:

‘The Sport Express newspaper has reported that the Moscow club where Tiknizyan plays is expecting another, better offer from Sevilla this summer.’
