Sevilla ‘to consider’ bids for Joaquin Oso as Oliver Glasner weighs Nottingham Forest left-back plans | OneFootball

Nottingham Forest have received a lift in their pursuit of Sevilla left-back Joaquin Oso. Diario de Sevilla claims the La Liga club want a fee this summer, with one year left on his deal, and are weighing three or four offers, including Fiorentina and an unnamed Premier League side.

Spanish reports last week suggested Oso was available for €10m despite earlier mention of a €20m release clause. Vamos Mi Sevilla had said he was told to sign a new contract or accept a move.

TuttoMercatoWeb reports Fiorentina are aiming to beat Forest with an offer worth about €12m plus a sell-on clause.

Forest are among several suitors for the 23-year-old, with Tottenham, Newcastle and Fiorentina having made enquiries.

Oliver Glasner has left-back cover in Neco Williams and Luca Netz. Netz has made only seven appearances since joining from Borussia Monchengladbach, while Williams has strong interest from Manchester United and Newcastle.
