The Owls have shared some incredible news ahead of the 2026/27 League One campaign.
The feel-good factor is back in full swing at Hillsborough as Sheffield Wednesday prepare for a season of renewed optimism in League One.
Dejphon Chansiri's reign in South Yorkshire is now in the rear-view mirror, and with new owner David Storch working hard behind the scenes with David Bruce, there promises to be a summer of change.
Despite what must be regarded as one of the worst seasons in the Owls' history, the club's supporters still flooded into Hillsborough in their numbers, with a sell-out crowd in attendance to watch their final-day victory over West Brom.
Looking ahead to next term, fans have already made a statement as Sheffield Wednesday announced some extraordinary news online.

Owls supporters could have been forgiven if there was a decrease in season ticket sales ahead of the 2026/27 League One season, but they are unlike any other fans.
The South Yorkshire club might be some way off replicating their illustrious history, which includes four top-flight titles and three FA Cup trophies anytime soon, but that has not stopped them from being one of the best-supported teams in the country.
Next term, Henrik Pedersen's side will enter the third tier as one of the favourites for promotion, although there is plenty to do on the recruitment front, alongside Leicester City and Oxford United.
Hillsborough will be an intimidating ground for any visiting side due to the number of home supporters, and the scale of that has just been elevated.
That is because Sheffield Wednesday have confirmed on social media that a record-breaking 20,908 season tickets for the upcoming campaign have already been sold online and in-store.
The club have also thanked the remarkable support in the process.

Considering that Hillsborough has a capacity of 34,835, the news that 20,908 season tickets have already been sold is simply outrageous.
It must be noted that we are only in mid-June and with the new campaign set to kick off in over two months, there is still plenty of time for that number to increase.
As a percentage of the overall capacity of the ground, the Owls have already filled around 60 per cent of Hillsborough, and that is before you even take away visitor allocation.
The players can benefit from this massively next term as they will effectively have a 12th man roaring them on in every game, something that should create a fortress.
On the flip side, a trip to Hillsborough will represent the biggest game of the season for every team, and for the division's minnows, they will likely step up their game in front of such a large fanbase.
