PEC Zwolle beat AZ 3-1 in Zwolle to rise from 13th to 12th.
In the seventh minute Shola Shoretire finished from Younes Namli's pass to set the tone. After a home corner, Anselmo Garcia MacNulty headed in Namli's delivery (26.).

AZ introduced Ibrahim Sadiq at the restart and pressed higher. Peer Koopmeiners pulled one back with a driven effort from outside the box (74.). Tom de Graaff had earlier kept Zwolle in front with three saves.
Shoretire sealed it from Sherel Floranus' pass in the fourth minute of second half stoppage time.
Zwolle recorded five shots on target from 12 attempts. AZ produced four on target from 12.
