Sporting have made Anis Hadj Moussa their priority to replace Francisco Trincão after his move to Saudi Arabia, Santi Aouna reports.

The report adds that the club have opened talks to sign the Feyenoord winger, 24, as soon as possible.

The Algeria international was repeatedly on Benfica’s radar last season, with the last approach in January before negotiations stalled.

He scored 13 goals in 38 appearances for Feyenoord last season.

He is valued at around 23 million euros, and when Benfica tried to sign him Feyenoord sought close to 20 million, so the deal collapsed.

Born in France and capped by Algeria, Hadj Moussa came through Torcy then Montfermeil in 2016, later playing for Lens, Charleroi, Patro Eisden and Vitesse before joining Feyenoord.
