Richarlison’s 89th minute strike could prove integral in being a turning point in Spurs’ season after they left Anfield with a well-earned point.
Should have done better at dealing with Szoboszlai’s free-kick and showed his distribution to be shaky at times, although it was his long ball forward that led to the equaliser.
Struggled against the pace and skill of Rio Ngumoha throughout.
The better of the centre-back pairing looked strong and assured throughout.
A rather shaky performance at times, was caught out by Salah at one point, which could have easily led to a goal
Did well against Frimpong in the first-half, winning 100% of his ground duels, continued his strong defensive performance in the second period and also had the energy to get up and contribute to the attack.
Struggled to make an impact on the game while in midfield, but did deliver one delicious cross in the 78th minute that was not met by a team-mate.
A strong performance from the midfielder, used his physical attributes well and completed more passes than any other Spurs player.
Only his second Premier League start, and was playing as a right-midfielder despite being a left-back by trade. Gave the free-kick away that led to the first goal but a solid showing
Spurs’ biggest creative threat until substituted off in the 74th minutes. Did well carrying the ball upfield to give his defence a chance to rest and created a couple of chances for Richarlison.
Scored what could it be a vital goal in Tottenham’s relegation race but also had a number of chances throughout that he was unable to capitalise on.
Spent far more time behind the ball defending than he would have liked and only managed one touch in the Liverpool box.
Struck a sweet volley with his first touch but that effort was blocked failed to do much else.
Provided the assist for Richarlison with a calm pass.
A Premier League debut, did not have a big impact but a solid cameo.
Played just one minute on his Premier League debut..
