Strasbourg’s Diego Moreira agrees to AS Roma move | OneFootball

RC Strasbourg Alsace winger Diego Moreira (21) has given the green light for a move to AS Roma, according to a report from Sacha Tavolieri.

It is expected that Moreira will leave Strasbourg this summer following two successful seasons in Alsace. It will be a summer of transition with the likes of Valentin Barco and Guéla Doué linked with exits, whilst Emanuel Emegha, the club captain has already departed. 

Moreira is now also nearing an exit following Belgium’s exit from the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It was reported by Gianluca Di Marzio earlier this month that AS Roma were readying a €30m bid. Tavolieri now reveals that the Belgium international has given the green light for a move to the Italian Capital.

The journalist adds that there is a new meeting that has been scheduled between all relevant parties and a complete agreement for the winger’s transfer is growing closer.
