VfB Stuttgart midfielder Enzo Millot (23) is set to complete a move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli, as revealed by Fabrizio Romano and confirmed by L’Équipe. The Frenchman had looked set to move to La Liga giants Atletico Madrid.
Millot had been expected to depart Stuttgart this summer, with the Frenchman suggesting that he has been ready to face a new challenge. He had previously revealed that his dream move would be to join boyhood club Paris Saint-Germain.
However, PSG never made their move. Atletico Madrid did. He had looked set to join the Spanish side, however, the move has been hijacked by Al-Ahli. Whilst the financial details of the deal have not been fully revealed, L’Équipe understands that the deal is worth around €20m. The former AS Monaco academy product is therefore set to imminently complete a move to the Gulf State. The midfielder already has a verabl agreement with the Saudi side.
