Sunderland, Fulham and Brentford ‘to target’ £20m Ivory Coast midfielder Christ Inao Oulaï | OneFootball

Sunderland have reportedly joined Fulham and Brentford in the race for Trabzonspor midfielder Christ Inao Oulaï.

According to 225 Foot, the clubs have watched the Ivory Coast international closely and contacted his agent. Other clubs are also monitoring the 20-year-old.

Oulaï has impressed in his debut season in Türkiye after arriving from SC Bastia in August 2025. He has played 2,401 minutes across 31 matches, scoring twice and providing four assists.

He made his Ivory Coast debut last November, then earned a place in Emerse Faé’s World Cup squad. He came off the bench in the 1-0 win over Ecuador, then played the full 90 minutes in the defeat to Germany.

His profile is viewed as suiting Premier League demands, and the trio are said to have him among priority midfield targets. Trabzonspor are understood to want around £20m, and with a contract running to 2030 they hold a strong negotiating position. Interest from several Premier League clubs could increase competition for his signature.
