Sunderland supporters are receiving next season’s renewal prices, with increases across the Stadium of Light under a new tenure-based model.
Sunderland Echo understands that last March’s £460 early-bird seats now cost around £550 in most cases, just under £30 per game, and that the highest price for the longest-serving is £715, about £37 per match.
Renewals are split into three bands: holders since 2022/23, those with less than three seasons, and buyers since last June. Long-serving fans still pay the lowest prices, though many face some of the steepest year-on-year increases as prices are standardised.
In tier two, some increases reach 25% to 30%. Buyers from April last year before promotion are broadly around 15% up.
Those buying from last June face about 5% rises, albeit from higher starting points. Post-promotion season cards were priced from £590, rising to £690 and £780 elsewhere. A direct debit over six payments is available. Concessions remain.
Renewals run until 12pm on Saturday 11 April 2026, then unrenewed seats go on sale.
The South Stand becomes a singing section, with a seat-move window from 5pm on Monday 13 April to Friday 17 April. Safe standing will expand into the Southwest Corner from 2026-27, adding over 2,500 places. Waiting-list members can buy from 5pm on Monday 20 April, with those registered before 23 February getting 48-hour priority. Details are at asksafc.com.
