We’ve used this tool in finding the top five differentials this week!

What is an FPL Differential?

In Fantasy Premier League, a differential is a player with a low ownership percentage (under 10% of managers) who has the potential to score high points.

The idea is that, because so few people have them, any haul they get gives you a much bigger jump in rank compared to picking the highly owned “template” players.

They are your secret weapons, and we want to help you find them.

Ready? Let’s help you win your mini league with some differential picks!

Danny Welbeck – £6.4m

Brighton’s centre forward continues to bag the goals for his side, who have a great run of fixtures coming up. If any time is right to back the Seagulls, it’s now!

After a slow start to the campaign, Welbeck has five goals in his last four Premier League games, and at just £6.4m, could be a bargain if he keeps the goals flowing.

Owned by 5.4% of FPL managers, Welbeck could be an excellent differential forward.

MAxcence Lacroix – £5.0m

Crystal Palace’s unbeaten run may have come to an end, but their excellent squad won’t be downing tools any time soon.

Clean Sheet Odds FPL 2025/26

Lacroix has the third-highest DEFCON among all defenders, with 102 so far this season. Just once has the Palace centre-back failed to pick up more than a point in FPL this campaign.

Owned by 3.7% of FPL managers, owning Lacroix gives you an advantage over Marc Guehi owners. His side has a great run of fixtures: BRE (H), BHA (H), WOL (A). Now is the time to invest in him!

Raul Jimenez – £6.2m

There are a few interesting bargain forwards this season, and with Joao Pedro and Gyokores failing to perform in recent weeks, could Raul Jimenez be one for your frontline?

Despite having just one goal and assist so far this season, Jimenez averages an xG of 0.34 Per 90. Fulham have an excellent run of games coming up, playing Wolves, Everton and Sunderland (albeit they are doing well) in the next three.

Owned by a tiny proportion of FPL managers – 0.9%, Jimenez could be an excellent choice to gain an edge in your mini-league.

Yeremy Pino – £5.8m

Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze replacement hasn’t had the most exciting start to life in an Eagles shirt, but Oliver Glasner will have a plan to bed the talented playmaker in. After a tricky away day at the Emirates, they’ll be focused on getting Pino up to speed now.

At just £5.8m and owned by 0.1% of FPL managers, Pino could be a terrific addition who seems destined to start delivering at Selhurst Park soon. If he achieves just half of what predecessor Eze did, he’ll be a bargain.

Yankuba Minteh – £6.0m

Brighton and Hove Albion’s tricky winger has returned in three of the last five gameweeks, and sits on four goal involvements in the first nine weeks of the season.

Minteh is predicted to score 7.0 points in GW10 against Leeds, the highest out of all FPL assets owned by under 10% of players.

At £6.0m, and one of the highest owned differentials at 8.4%, Minteh has to be in your midfield five!

GOOD LUCK

As we reach the week ten mark in FPL, it’s starting to heat up. As managers close in on being the first to reach 1000 points, gaps that were small in the first few weeks are starting to open up.
