The Blues slumped to their fourth league defeat in a row without scoring as they lost 1-0 to Manchester United on Saturday evening.
Chelsea remain sixth, but are now seven points behind Liverpool who occupy the final Champions League place, whilst they are level on points with Brentford and Bournemouth in seventh and eighth.
Rosenior was booed as he went over to the fans to applaud after the defeat to United, and he’s under growing pressure.
Chelsea have won just one of their last eight games, and haven’t scored a goal in the league since the win against Aston Villa on March 4th.
The Blues travel to Brighton on Tuesday night, and Rosenior knows anything other than a win will see the pressure increase even more.
Behdad Eghbali has publicly backed Rosenior, and now Romano has provided another update on the 41-year-old’s future.
“Chelsea are in a difficult situation in terms of results. No goals scored in the last four Premier League games, and four defeats,” he told his YouTube channel.
“But the message from the club is still to support the manager and believe in the manager, because obviously arriving in January without preseason is a different thing.
“Obviously it’s a result business, we know that, and Chelsea can’t continue like this, that’s very clear. So they need to change as soon as possible in terms of results, in terms of impact.
“So Chelsea maintain their support towards the manager. They keep believing in the manager, but the results are obviously needed.”

Garnacho has scored just once in the league this season, with four of his eight goals coming against Championship and League One teams, and supporters are unlikely to be disappointed if he’s moved on.
