Tottenham have sacked Thomas Frank after a poor Premier League run, including a 2-1 home defeat that left them only five points above the relegation zone.
Spurs have begun the search for a new head coach, considering both permanent and interim solutions. According to Glorioso 1904, experienced candidates and those with international profiles are under review.
Among the names linked are the former Benfica man Ruben Amorim and Marco Silva. Amorim, recently dismissed by Manchester United, features in betting markets and among market observers, though he is not viewed as the leading favourite.
Fulham’s current manager Marco Silva is also being considered as the club looks for a coach capable of resetting direction and avoiding further problems in the table.
Tottenham have not confirmed any concrete contacts or negotiations with Amorim, Silva or any other candidate. A final decision is expected in the coming weeks.
