Thomas Müller calls on Bayern fans to make best atmosphere for PSG second leg | OneFootball

Thomas Müller has urged Bayern Munich supporters to produce their loudest backing tonight at the Allianz Arena as they face PSG in the Champions League semi-final second leg, the player said in a video post from Vancouver.

Having spoken to friends before the game, he described palpable anticipation and recalled how electric the stadium has been on past quarter-final and semi-final nights.

Müller, who has represented Bayern for 25 years and lifted the Champions League in 2013 and 2020, reflected on the privilege of those occasions.

He appealed for supporters to make it the best football atmosphere yet and said he wants to read about the noise tomorrow. He called this team unique and suggested some do not yet realise how special the group is.

He asked even usually quiet supporters to step out of their comfort zone, be loud and respectful of the opponent, while pushing their own side forward.
